We upgraded our service to the latest 5.3.2
As reported somehow the PC clock was being reset
We have now downgraded back to 5.3 and everything is running fine back to normal
We are running Windows XP and the package has been so reliable for a long long time
Thank You for your valued product we are a very happy customer for a long time as well
