Sync markers between two systems (mix, start, ramp, fade, end, ...)

Hello,
is it possible to sync the marker infos between e.g. PC1 and a (broadcast) PC2 in another room?
I want to edit the tracks on PC1 and set the markers so that PC2 sets e.g. correct mix points on these tracks.
Can it be somehow written into the meta data (APEv2 tags)?

I am running RadioBOSS 5.9.4.0

Hello I have a question about version 6.1.0.5 I have music that does not manage to end, automatically cut by radioboss. Comment settled that? or am I the one who made the wrong adjustments? view the photo.
