Segue Display. Voice track.

i'm using the new RB 4.7 beta
it now has a new segue graphic display.
what would people use this for. how is this suppose to be used. can you give me an example.
also for the voice tracking  i understand that it plays between  the outro and intro of the song.
when does the voice tracking actually start:
- at the start of the outro.
- in the middle of the outro and intro
- or just before the intro ends
what happens if the voice track is longer than the outro and intro. does it put it in the middle.

also is there a way to trigger certain voice tracks when a song plays. or select from a number of voice tracks to play during the intro. this will give the station a real like feal.

Segue editor is used if you want to fine-tune how the tracks are mixed. If you don't do this - tracks will be mixed automatically with the default parameters.

(red zone is Track1's outro, green zone is Track2's intro).
