After update to Windows 8.1 main player stopped working

After update to Windows 8.1 main player stopped working.

Jingle cart working well, prelisten track in main player working well.

Soundcars settings are the same, as before update (audio drivers are actual).

Tested also in no-soundcard mode, also main player not starting.

Tried to reinstall, main player still not working properly.

Do you have any suggestions to resolve this problem?

Are there any error messages in the log? Anyway, if the main playlist does not work, in almost 100% cases this means incorrect sound card setup. Please send a screenshot of your sound card setup in RadioBOSS.

My sound settings in attachment file.

Audio driver is the same as before windows 8 to 8.1 update.

Settings seem OK. Try turning off the DSP plugin you're using. Please also send a screenshot of main RadioBOSS window when you try to play a track.

Issue has been solved by refreshing windows 8 system. After that everything work properly, so there was operating system bug.

what resampling value to set in settings (playback) to achieve  best web encoder sound quality? Flac files, encoded to 128kbps, sound like 96kbps, tested without DSP processing, do you have any suggestions?

128kbps is very low for FLAC. Usually bitrate should be 5-10 times larger - note that FLAC is a lossless compression. Resampling setting in RadioBOSS doesn't really matter - most people will never hear the difference.
