Here's another issue: uploading from a phone vs uploading from a desktop/laptop. For whatever reason, when you upload the exact same filename, it tends to duplicate in the CMS. Is there a way to rectify this?

There can't be two files with the same names in the same folder. Maybe, they are subtly different, e.g. some characters are changed, or a space added - something that's not immediately noticed.

You can also run "Reindex music" command (Media section, at the top) to force update the files list.

the thing is, the filename is literally character for character the same, but shows up as a totally different file, even with me having the overwrite option on.

I'm not sure what the problem is, or how it happened, but the clock in RB Cloud is off by approximately two minutes. That is now causing problems with the timed events I had set up and working so well before. I noticed this a few days ago, but figured it would fix itself but it has not. My pc and phone show 10:06 am, and rb cloud is showing 10:04. Not sure by how many seconds also it could be off since pc and phone do not show seconds.
Whatever has gone wrong here, I really need that fixed like yesterday. If I can't count on the time to remain stable, then the service is useless, because I depend on those events triggering as expected. As I am typing this, pc clock shows 10:08 and rb now says 10:06.
Things were working fine just the other day.
I am on server c3.

Can you please specify account username and also file name and where it's located so we can check?

Time is fixed. Not sure what caused the offset, but it might be good to implement an hourly time check to sync things back up to the right time if something should cause this to happen again.
When editting a playlist, under media, ctrl + up arrow does not seem to be moving items in the playlist. Also, even though I try to add items, this also is not working as expected.
 
Got another problem with the update. The CMS will not allow us to add a rotating track folder to the playlist we set up - giving us a 500 Internal Server Error
 
I have a few errors too. The playlist folders cannot be deleted Error code 500 is displayed. It is also not possible to move files (error code 500). It is also currently not possible to add folders to the track list, error code 500 is also displayed here. And I also noticed that the upload is a bit slower today.

It moves the selected item, not focused. You need to select it then use the hot key to move it.
 
We have released a fix for the issues in the Media section, the problems reported above should be fixed now.
 
Hmm. The Problems with the Tracklist is still alive. I Use an Opera Browser. Would it be better If i restart the Server? Or does this happens automactily?

So, I understand that, but surely there is something that can be implemented so it can fix itself if it should happen again. I depend on the time being correct for my programming to go out as expected, and can not have that happening for hours or even days on end. There needs to be some measure taken so that if it falls behind one hour, then at least for the next hour it is corrected, so at least only one hour is effected. I love the service and am over all quite happy with it, but if that happens again, especially if for a long period of time, I will have to look in to other alternatives.

I will try logging in with my ipad and connected bluetooth keyboard, and see if that works with Voiceover, but at least on Windows, running the NVDA screen reader, that does not work.

Next song continues showing those types of files that we marked not to send the title to the transmission, it would be important to show only song titles and not ids, commercials and radio vignettes...

The scripts are cached on the server so it takes some time for the update to take effect. You don't need to do anything, just wait some time. You can also try hitting Ctrl+F5 to force reload the page and all the scripts.

Please try focusing the file, then hit Space key to make it selected, does moving work this way?
